Cancellation before Despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you have 15 days to cancel it before we despatch it.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer a return or an exchange if you change your mind within 15 days of the date on which your purchase is delivered to your address.

Refunds or exchanges will not apply for bespoke commissions or customised items.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, all items must be in exactly the same condition as when you received them, unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packagings, and must be despatched back to us within the specified return period.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@bijoulantis.com with your name and order number.

We will send you the return form for you to fill out and post back with the item.

We cannot take responsibility for items until they reach us and advise you to obtain proof of postage receipt and use a tracked service. 

Faulty Items

We take great care in preparing your order.

However, if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mail@bijoulantis.com so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or a refund if necessary.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are defective or damaged as result of improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

We will start the refund/ exchange confirmation process when we receive your return.

You will be notified via email as to whether the refund/exchange has been confirmed. If your refund has been confirmed, your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the item(s).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days.

Your credit card company may take further 3-5 working days to credit your account.
